OUR

WINES

Planted exclusively with the "cabernet franc" grape variety, our production has two very different terroirs.

On the terraces, the sandy soils give "gravel" wines. Fruity and full of aromas, they can be enjoyed from their youth.

Higher up, on the hillside, the clay-limestone soils produce "tuffeau" wines, structured and tannic, which reach their full potential after aging in barrels and a few years in the cellar.

CELESTE

The Céleste cuvée is harvested on gravel soils, vinified and aged in vats.  This wine, with a ruby color, offers subtle aromas of red fruits. With a beautiful presence in the mouth, supple and harmonious tannins, this wine goes wonderfully with charcuterie from Touraine, white meat, and even better, as an aperitif.

It is a cuvée to drink now.

PETIT MONT

The Petit Mont cuvée is made from Cabernet Franc vines planted on clay-limestone soil.

The predominance of clay gives this cuvée freshness and liveliness. Fermented for three to four weeks then aged in vats, it presents itself in a garnet color, refined on the nose and demonstrative on the palate, with fresh aromas of red berries and silky tannins.

It leaves us with a fairly long and easy-drinking finish.

It is a cuvée to be savored now with red meat or Sainte-Maure de Touraine. It can be kept for a few more years.

COUPLETS

The old vines planted on clay-limestone soil at the top of the slopes, give wines of a good density. The tannins are present and at the same time supple and silky.

After eighteen months aging, six of which in barrels, this Cabernet Franc reveals a nose with aromas of black fruits evolving towards a spicy touch of cloves.

Cuvée with good aging potential, which will go wonderfully with red meats and game.

TERRES BRUNES

The Terres Brunes cuvée is harvested on predominantly limestone terroirs, which implies a good length in the mouth.  This is then aged in barrels for fifteen months.
A deep ruby color and a complex bouquet which is dominated at the opening by elegant woody, toasted and toasted notes.
Once in the mouth, a well-balanced tannic structure is felt under the effect of the limestone.

After a few years of aging, the melted tannins will give way to a beautiful complexity of red and black fruits.

It is a wine that will wait a few years in the cellar.
